All packages include extra shrimp (+1–5) to help cover minor losses. In the rare case of a DOA, you must send **clear photos of the dead shrimp in the unopened bag within 1 hour of delivery. If losses exceed the extras provided, we’ll reship or refund (excluding shipping costs).
