We guarantee live arrival on all plant orders when daytime temperatures are between 40°F and 85°F and USPS Priority or Express shipping is used. All plant shipments include extra portions when possible to help cover minor losses.

Plants are not covered under the DOA policy unless they arrive completely melted or unusable, with clear photo proof provided within 1 hour of delivery. If all or 90% of plants are dead or melted, we offer a full refund or reship at no cost. If roughly 50% of the plants are still alive, we will refund the value of the melted plants only—no reship will be offered. If just 1 or 2 plants are dead or melted, we will refund only for the affected plants and will not reship.

I will reship or refund DOA animals or plants at no cost, unless the delivery occurred during unsafe weather conditions (e.g., below 40°F or above 85°F), in which case DOA coverage may be void. These conditions are only valid when safe weather guidelines are met and the package is not left outside, delayed, or opened late.
